If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase simply return the item within 15 days for a complete merchandise refund or exchange. All returns must be unopened resalable and contain the original packing material, manuals and blank warranty cards. All-Care Medical Supply Inc. will only pay return shipping costs if returned items were shipped in error.

Delivery
All orders placed by 2:00 PM PST are shipped the same day (subject to stock availability). Due to size or weight, some items may require extra time for delivery. Special and custom orders may take up to 3-4 weeks for delivery. Please call us if you have any questions about your order or shipping timeframe. All shipments are discretely and safely packaged.

Private Insurance & Medicare Reimbursements
We will gladly bill your Private and Medicare Insurance for the requested medical product (s) if the product is covered by your insurance carrier.                                                                                                                                                                                                       Simply, complete the patient information form and sign all required areas and send us the original patient information form by US Mail. Our customer service department will verify prior to shipping your insurance coverage. Upon receipt of the signed consent forms we will ship the product item to you.  Any question or financial responsibility not covered by the health insurance our customer service will contact you.

The FedEx Ground shipping rates on most standard items are as follows:
Orders Up to $50.00 - Only $ 7.95 per order.
Orders $50.01 and Up- Shipping rates will be determine.
We do not ship to Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands and International destinations for consumer orders.
